Rediscover the joy of pain-free living!
HOBOKEN · BY APPOINTMENT
Work with a physical therapist in Hoboken who takes the time to understand your pain, recovery goals, lifestyle, and movement needs from every angle.
At Nee’s Physical Therapy, we provide one-on-one care for sports injuries, orthopedic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, pelvic floor symptoms, posture and ergonomic concerns, and wellness recovery. Whether you are an athlete, a desk worker, a new parent, recovering from surgery, or simply tired of pushing through pain, your treatment is built around your body and your goals.
Many patients tell us, “I wish I had come here sooner.”
— HOW WE WORK
A practice built around you,
not a protocol.
Three things that quietly set Nee's Physical Therapy apart from the clinics down the block.
—1.
The full hour, every visit.
No rushed fifteen-minute slots. No being passed off mid-session. Every visit gives you forty-five to sixty minutes of one-on-one care with a physical therapist who is fully focused on you.
— 2.
Root cause, not symptom chase.
Pain is often the final signal, not the starting point. We look at how you move, train, sit, sleep, and recover so your treatment addresses the real driver, not just the sore spot.
Care that knows you.
You are not a chart number. We learn what you are trying to get back to, whether that is a race, a workout, a wedding dance, or keeping up with your kids. Then we build your plan around that.

Akanksha Rathod ● Founder PT
I started Nee's PT because I was tired of giving fifteen-minute visits to patients who needed an hour.
I have over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist, helping patients recover from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-operative cases, chronic pain, and movement-related pain.
Before starting Nee’s Physical Therapy, I worked in an orthopedic clinic, treating conditions ranging from frozen shoulder to surgical recovery. I learned how much the right hands-on care can improve pain in the first few visits. But I also wanted something more for my patients: time to listen, understand their lifestyle, and create a plan that felt personal.
In November 2023, I began treating patients in their homes, my home, and a small room in downtown Hoboken. By April 2024, our community had grown, and we moved into a bright, welcoming office where patients could feel comfortable and cared for during every session.
The name Nee’s Physical Therapy honors my mother, Neeta, and my mother-in-law, Neerja. It represents family, compassion, and the kind of care we want every patient to feel when they walk in.
Today, Nee’s Physical Therapy provides personalized, one-on-one physical therapy in Hoboken for people who want to move better, recover fully, and take a proactive approach to their health. We care for athletes, runners, busy professionals, parents, and anyone looking for a physical therapist who feels like a true partner in their recovery.
Our slogan is “Rediscover the joy of pain-free living.” That is what we work toward every day: helping you get back to the life, movement, and confidence you deserve.
Aastha Keswani ● PT

Her clinical experience spans both hospital and outpatient settings across orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, pediatrics, geriatrics and women’s health.
Aastha takes a patient-centered, movement-based approach to care. She has additional training in strength training and kinesiology taping, and a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, she enjoys dancing, traveling, staying active, and exploring new cafés.
— SERVICES
1-on-1 Care Across Specialties
Nee’s Physical Therapy was created with the vision of providing compassionate, quality care. Our mission is to ensure our neighbors have access to a physical therapist they can trust and rely on for their medical care. We believe in providing holistic care in a welcoming environment, delivered by industry experts.
-
We are experienced in Ergonomics and have helped our patients achieve pain-free work environments with specific posture education and desk modifications.
We also address posture and positioning to promote optimal, pain-free sleep. The most common complaints causing sleep disturbances are neck pain, uncomfortable sounds, and low back pain that isn’t immediately relieved by simply changing positions. We have patient education ready to improve sleep posture and help our patients sleep through the night.
-
As a Herman Wallace Level I provider, we offer external pelvic floor care only. We address symptoms of pelvic pain, vaginismus, coccydynia, urinary incontinence, stress incontinence, dysuria, and frequency. We also offer care for pre- and post-partum. Functional pelvic floor sessions are held in a private treatment room, patients are in active wear, and symptoms are addressed through an orthopedic lens.
-
Our doctors have been selected to be on standby during Cricket Matches and Basketball Tournaments. In the clinic, we work with athletes who participate in Jiu-Jitsu, Soccer, Tennis, Football, Golf, Badminton, Pickleball, Hiking, and Running Events. We partner with Crunch Fitness and regularly come into the gym to treat our neighbors after their workouts.
-
